Let's get straight to the point.
- What you'll need: (for a 1-2 servings)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (ideally non GMO, sprouted)
- cottage cheese (1/3 cup or more to taste)
- chocolate chips (to taste)
- cinnamon (to taste)
- coconut sugar (to taste)
Instructions:
- bring 1 cup water to a boil
- once water is boiling, add in oats. let it cook for about 5 min (till water is mostly absorbed)
- take off the heat, cover for a few minutes
- add in cottage cheese, cinnamon, coconut sugar. if you want a little bit of a crunch from your chocolate chips, wait until it cools a bit so that the chocolate doesn't all melt
