CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE OATMEAL

Let's get straight to the point. 

  • What you'll need: (for a 1-2 servings)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (ideally non GMO, sprouted) 
  • cottage cheese (1/3 cup or more to taste) 
  • chocolate chips (to taste) 
  • cinnamon (to taste) 
  • coconut sugar (to taste) 

Instructions: 

  • bring 1 cup water to a boil
  • once water is boiling, add in oats. let it cook for about 5 min (till water is mostly absorbed) 
  • take off the heat, cover for a few minutes 
  • add in cottage cheese, cinnamon, coconut sugar. if you want a little bit of a crunch from your chocolate chips, wait until it cools a bit so that the chocolate doesn't all melt
